Angels Stucco Repair is a licensed stucco contracting company operating in Miami, Florida and surrounding areas.
Angels Stucco Repair provides stucco repair, installation, crack repair, patching, and exterior stucco restoration services for residential and commercial properties in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
All estimates provided by Angels Stucco Repair are free of charge and are based on information available at the time of inspection. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final project costs may vary if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project.
The scope of work for each project is defined in the written project contract signed by both parties. Work performed outside the agreed scope will be subject to a separate change order and additional charges.
Payment terms are specified in your individual project contract. Generally, a deposit is required prior to the start of work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Overdue payments may be subject to a late fee as specified in your contract. Failure to pay may result in suspension of work and legal action to recover outstanding balances.
Angels Stucco Repair provides a written workmanship guarantee for all completed projects. This guarantee covers defects in workmanship for the period specified in your project contract. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from acts of nature, acts of third parties, normal wear and tear, or conditions outside our control.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a rescheduling fee. We reserve the right to reschedule projects due to inclement weather or other conditions affecting work quality.
